打开窗 open the window
遥望蓝天 watch the sky
阳光明媚 the sun is shining brightly

深呼吸 take a deep breath
清新个空气 the air is so fresh

上海 呒没介好个天气 Such good weather won’t appear in Shanghai
送脱秋老虎 the Indian summer goes
又来黄梅天 soon the rainy season arrives
上海 一年只有两季 there are only two seasons in Shanghai
一季是冬天 one is winter
一季是夏天 the other is summer
平常我 ordinarily, as soon as I
一有假期 got a vacation
拖好行李 I will take my luggage
跳上飞机 jump into the plane
到海边 fly to the sea
就像勒天堂里 where the paradise must be
拥抱沙滩 and embrace the beach

上海 呒没介赞个风景 Such beautiful scenery you won’t see in Shanghai
虽然叫上海 although “Shanghai” literally means “up sea”
海水忒大兴 but the sea water is far away from good
上海 只有两个人造海滨 in Shanghai, there are only two artificial beaches
一个勒金山 one is in Jinshan
一个勒奉贤 the other is in Fengxian
上海 养我四十年 Shanghai, I have lived here for forty years
