Thinking of how I’ll survive this
New school means new friends
oh how I’m scared beyond belief
First day in class in freshmen year
20 students sitting in their chairs
10 minutes in I came to realize that I’m in the wrong class
Studying hard to get the grades
Joining new clubs or the football team
While getting pushed around from all the seniors constantly
Attending student made events
Intermural sports or the high school dance
try to get involved
that’s what my guidance councilor says
What a great place to be

House parties starting way past 9
Weekends are the days
where I can finally be myself
